1. Scope of Services

Elite Fumigations provides pest control, termite proofing, bed bug eradication, mosquito fogging, rodent trapping, and sanitization services for residential, corporate, and industrial properties located within the Karachi metropolitan region.

2. Quotations and Inspections

Estimates provided via our online Price Calculator represent standard base rates for typical single-session treatments. For specialized services including structural termite barrier proofing and heavy rodent infestations, quotations are finalized only following an on-site physical survey of foundation perimeter, moisture zones, and square footage.

3. Client Preparation and Safety Responsibilities

To ensure technician safety and achieve optimal eradication efficacy, clients agree to:

• Follow pre-treatment instructions (covering open food items, clearing perimeter baseboards, vacating the premises during spray).
• Maintain mandatory ventilation intervals (minimum 2 to 3 hours) before re-entering treated spaces.
• Keep domestic animals and children away from treated surfaces until completely dry.

4. Warranty and Guarantee Policy

Warranty terms apply specifically to written agreements issued upon job completion:

• Termite Proofing: Documented warranty certificates (typically 3 to 5 years) cover chemical barrier re-treatment of covered structural perimeters should subterranean termites re-emerge, subject to annual inspection terms.
• General Pest & Bed Bug Services: Service includes post-treatment advisory and scheduled follow-up re-inspection within 14 to 21 days where severe egg deposition was initially noted.
• Warranties do not apply if structural modifications (e.g. unsealed masonry, foundation excavations, untreated imported wood additions) compromise the chemical barrier after treatment.

5. Payments and Billing

Accepted payment methods include cash upon completion, cross-cheque, online bank transfer, and verified Pakistani digital wallets (JazzCash, EasyPaisa). Corporate invoicing with NTN details is available for commercial accounts.
